To make your dental care financially comfortable, our office offers a variety of payment options. 

• Cash, personal checks 
   
• 5% cash courtesy for advance payment of entire treatment plan 
   
• VISA/Mastercard/Discover Card
   
• Insurance on assignment 90 days same as cash with 3 equal payments is available. 1st payment is due at the time of service and a Visa/Mastercard voucher will be given for the remainder of the fee.

• If your portion of payment is over $500.00, you can apply for Care Credit and Citi Health Card. They will extend financing with no interest up to 12 months upon approval. Helpcard also offers extended payment with interest applied and requires an application and approval.

Payment is made in full at the time of visit. If you have insurance, we will be glad to submit the day's charges.

You will need only to pay your portion of the copay. This is an estimate only - we are not able to give you an exact cost estimate. If we do not receive payment from the insurance company within 60 days, you are asked to pay the balance due and discuss reimbursement with your insurance company
